"The hotel looks nice outside, however the design inside the room somehow looks different and feels narrow. We disliked the bathroom/washing/toilet area, it's opening to the main room's hall/entry door without any cover, for example there's should be installed a sliding door or at least a sliding curtain for privacy. Anyone can see someone taking shower when walk by or seen reflection from the mirror. In addition, outside noise can be heard clearly from inside the room. Awake many times during every night due to the sounds from next room and hallways. I consider the hotel needed to fix some of these issues to help customers feel more comfortable and more privacy when staying inside the room."

"Love the idea of this place, but the fit and finish is amateur-hour at best. Loose outlet covers, no lines are straight, gaps around the doors, paint looks like a kid did it... Everything is decent, but they severely skimped on the labor for sure. Could have been 5 stars had somebody else done the work. Just disappointing."

"We didn't have a great stay. The highway noise is significant. There was a non fire alarm at 2am that wasn't dealt with in a timely manner. The walls are thin, neighbors were loud. The breakfast menu was not very good. Limited restaurant options. Plenty of free onsite parking. You need to understand why you're staying in this location."

"I've never stayed at the chain of hotels previously, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and a modern feel of the hotel. The room we stayed in felt like a studio apartment with modern touched everywhere. The staff were attentive and helpful with any questions. The breakfast that's offered is surprisingly good, for something quick on the go. I would definitely stay here again when we go to another MetLife Stadium event."

"Horribly overpriced for the area. The vibe is supposed to be fun and energetic but they just have brightly colored decor. Staff was helpful but not friendly. The entire lobby area and both elevators smelled of weed- covered up with air freshener. There was no bar tender so the bar wasn’t even open….. on a Saturday night. The rooms are mediocre. We had 2 separate rooms- one king and one double. The shower was outside the ‘water closet’ where the toilet is located and completely visible to the room. And there is an oversized mirror that reflects the sink/shower area to the sleeping area. Horrible layout if you are sharing the room with anyone but a spouse/significant other. Be prepared to bare it all! One of the rooms had a plush shower mat; the other didn’t. Pillows were completely flat; no warm blanket or comforter. The high powered hair dryer with an air direction nozzle was, sadly, the best part of the entire stay. For the price we paid you’d expect a few more perks than a good hairdryer and single bottle of complimentary water in a double occupancy room; at least a free continental breakfast. But there were none. Oh- and they were out of the free hotel coffee at 0830 am."
