Bus to NYC and Transfer station right in the building. Close to most Highways, Airport etc. Friendly staff. Security and safe covered parking and much more. Perfect to Rent from owners or to Buy. Condos are spacious, quiet and offer great views. I own it for 23 years and love it."
"I would never buy or rent any apt. The maintenance fee they charge is ridiculous and it looks old. Needs repairs Elevator and lobby doors not working all the time."
