"I picked up my mercato order here today and had a great experience. The employees were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My order was ready at the selected time slot. All of the items in my (fairly large) order were correctly chosen and any weight differences were reflected on mercato. None of the food was expired. "Certain employees can be rude arrogant and down right racist and make you feel unwelcome stepping foot in this particular store. The freezer is broken and the prices just like the key food on Roosevelt is very expensive compared to other stores regardless of size of the store. I wish I can give a better review, however I can do that when things change if they ever do."
