Trade Fair Supermarket

"Small place, but good prices. It's cheap for groceries, basic food, no variety, no good for fruits or vegetables, It doesn't look very clean. This place is good if you live near and have to get something Cheap enough and the produce looked okay."

"Overall, an okay grocery store. They have a wide selection (including halal products) and are conveniently located with helpful hours. Their prices are comparable to other grocery stores on average, though they seem cheaper than other stores in the area. Engagement with staff is a mixed experience. Some ignore you or aren't very friendly at checkout, while others can be very welcoming. The (seemingly new?) policy where customers have to check larger bags at the door feels disorganized. Retrieving bags now causes a lot of congestion at the sole entrance to the store. This is actually making me shop there less because it's harder to swing by if I've run other errands and have bags on me."

"My boy, Mohammed, is the overnight manager and it's a decent place to shop as they'll pretty much have what you need. It's not huge but it's big enough for a good variety of selections"

"One of the guys at the entrance (security) is so lovely and nice. He always puts a smile on my face when coming in. The store halls are a bit small and difficult to navigate with my stroller and especially when people are approaching us in an aisle with their carts it's a bit tricky. But prices are awesome and everything is well organized. I find it difficult to find the offers as they are not always highlighted or prices are missing completely."

"I faced discrimination at this location. I went in tonight to buy some groceries. I've been coming to this Trade Fair for decades. By now I must have spent thousands of dollars since it's been that long. I also purchase stuff for delivery quite frequently. Since I was on foot, I stopped at another store first and bought a couple of items.Then when I arrived, I grabbed a small shopping cart at Trade Fair, put my bag with said items in the lower compartment since I planned on putting my groceries on the top compartment and then pay. As I walked in, the security guard stopped me and demanded I show him what was in my bag. This was ludicrous, I asked why and he kept insisting to see what was in my bag. I showed him and I had some scallions in there that I bought at an organic market. That's the whole reason I put that bag on the bottom shelf of the cart, I didn't want to be accused of anything. HE TOLD ME I COULDN'T GO IN. This was so insulting. I have never stolen anything anywhere in my life. I grew up here. I rely on this grocery store for food and now I've been made to feel like I'm not welcomed there. I'm now left to go search for groceries somewhere else. For people with a car, that's not a problem, you can drive from store to store buying whatever you need but that's not my case. I am beyond upset and will never go back there."
