"I put in my debit card for payment. Guy announced the price, then briefly I see that I'm being charged an extra dollar for running credit. I say, hey, I used debit, it is running me as credit? What's the deal? He then reaches over the counter *to sign for me*. I then had to actually push his finger off of the customer-facing POS system, where he had made a scrawl "for me", so that I could press cancel. He then called over a co-worker who spoke better English, who only said "you have to sign. It is same price." I pointed out that I was being charged an extra dollar, and that I would like an explanation. Instead the clerk (apparently) overrode my 'cancel' and charged me. An upcharge of a buck isn't that much money, but that was at least unethical and at most illegal. (There was no signage that I noticed.) I can't believe the guy reached over the counter to sign my check for me. While I like some of the restaurants in the neighborhood, I will never go back to this bodega."

"I ordered a sandwich the guy tried to give me old Turkey. I told him it's not supposed to be yellow like that give me newer Turkey from another pack he compiled and then he argued with me on the freshness of his product. Very bad attitude in there will never go back. Stay away if you want to avoid food poisoning."

"The cook not sure about his name..he waits until you buy scratxh of tickets than buys right afyer you but worst of all he throws in your face he is gona win on your money...top of that he has no manners and is always on his phone speaking loud in the store....its sad because this is a great deli and the cashier is usually very nice and friendly....its not because he bought scratch offs right after i bought my tickets its the fact that he taunted me about it...if i was the owner i would not keep that kind of employee around to loose customers..."

"Poor service. Last time I went there the guy behind the counter ignored me while he was on a personal call. I left, came back a few minutes later, and asked for a sandwich. Not for the first time, the guy wouldn't make one for me. And this was in the middle of the day. I used to be a regular customer but haven't been back since. Inexcusable service for a customer who makes purchases multiple times a week."

"DON’t support this business. The owner is a complete insensitive ass! I am a customer (was) today I purchased a large bottle of water for my dog and baby (he saw I was with both) and asked for a cup for my dog so my baby can drink from the bottle . & he said “I don’t have any” you can buy ice or coffee it’ll come with a cup. I understand that rent is high in the area and people are cutting corners BUT THE WAY HE SAID IT with a nasty smirk on his face at least say “sorry I can’t due to....” but instead with with 0 sympathy that’s what ticks me off. He lost a customer today"
