"I have used this place several times especially because they are really close to where I live but I am never ever using their services again. I tried using their brow wax service where they gave me bad raw burns on my face using hot wax. And did not even have the decency to apologize for it. Another time I have used their nail color filling. They gave me cuts during cuticle removal and almost all of my fingers were bleeding. This time around also I did not get any apologies. Instead the person decided to start chatting loudly with one of her coworkers. She did not even do a good job with the nails. I tried to interject but she was deep in a loud conversation and I had to literally scream to get myself heard. I guess for me lesson learnt. Never ever using their services again. This is one of those rare occasions when I wish I had the option of giving them less than 1 star because even 1 is not deserving."

"Went to try their mani & pedi deal for $30, it was ok. Street parking was a little annoying, they don’t validate the garage that’s in the building. The lady that did my mani and pedi was sweet. The pedicure included hot stone and scrub. Their nail polish selection has Essie and OPI. It was definitely a sanitized place and felt comfortable during these Covid-19 times."
