"I never write reviews, but this felt like I had to. I went on Tuesday 10/24 to get a dip manicure. Place was fine and friendly and I was happy how my nails came out. By Friday 10/27 I was at urgent care with a finger/ cuticle infection and my finger the size of a hotdog! Luckily they were able to treat it and give me antibiotics, but $200 of an urgent care visit later...I will not be coming back. Super sad this happened!"

"I just had an excellent experience at this nail salon! I got an acrylic fill which was beautifully done by Rosie. She was so kind and my nails look amazing. Having just moved to the area I can say I have found my regular place. Not only do they do manicures, pedicures, and waxing but also facials. It's safe to say I will definitely be back regularly! "I’d NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I’ve gone here 3x in a row (in two week intervals) and each time has gotten way worse. But today blew me out the water. These nail techs and the owner Rosie lack real customer service and people skills. When they did my pedicure today, the nail tech was sloppy, polish was everywhere. My nails weren’t filed straight. The cuticles weren’t cleaned. When I asked for these things to be done right, little effort was put into doing so. My original nail tech brought in a second tech to help her, who still wasn’t listening to what I wanted. I had to make it very clear they NEEDED to repaint a few toes instead of laying gel over messed up gel. Even after the nail tech somewhat cleaned things up (my big toes got cleaned up but the smaller ones remained not cleaned, though I asked 3 different people to clean them) the tech rushed me out of the chair, didn’t lotion my feet, so I had to ask her to do that. Even when they brought the owner in to help, not a lot was done. Everyone was huffing and puffing the whole time about fixing their mistakes and offering more emotional support to each other than to me as a paying client…a mess. Such a disappointment. None of their work has ever been 100% perfect but today they fell so flat and 1000% disappointed me. Never coming back and would never tell anyone else to go. Photo to the left is what I left w/ they wouldn’t even wipe the polish off my feet that splattered. Photo to the right is what they were trying to say was a good job. I had to micromanage each thing they did and still ended up with a 6/10 pedicure. Huge disappointment."
