"I used to really like this place hence why I’ve been many times but tonight I walked in at 5:20pm for my 5:30pm gel appointment (mind you, I came in with clean nails, no polish) and was turned away when I asked for this simple design for my Bridal Shower tomorrow. Apparently this design “takes a long time”. Well, fine. I took my business elsewhere (Modern Nails — way better) and timed how long it took to do this design. It took them all of 2 minutes and it came out perfect. I was in the chair for 31 minutes from start to finish. Aka, the Nail Bar could have taken me during my timeslot I booked days ago. The way the owner spoke to me in front of the entire nail salon was uncalled for and she clearly doesn’t know how long things actually take or how to speak to people kindly. She told me I wasted their time. I will not be returning."

"Every time I come here, I’m so impressed by how much detail and care these ladies put into each service and the excellent quality of work they produce! Appointment only and pricier than other local nail places, but so so worth it. Def call in advance to make your appointment and specify your service so they allocate the appropriate time. Will always make the trip to Hoboken for my nails!"

"All stars for service . I called them last minute for a gel manicure and initially they had no open slots but they immediately called back and accommodated me as they had a cancelling . The staff is really great and does top quality work. I will definitely be back for more."

"Found my new favorite spot. Just moved to the area and decided to give it a shot based on the reviews - I thought it would be hard to find another favorite after years with my nail tech in Westchester. Angie and her team know the nuances of their craft inside and out; yes, it’s a no frills environment but situated on a great people-watching corner - most importantly, the exceptional quality of work and attention to detail surprised me (and I’m very particular). Looking forward to visiting biweekly for years to come!"
