"Efficient, not relaxing. I’ve been going here every 2-3 weeks for a gel manicure for over a year now. It’s a great salon if you just want to listen to music and don’t want to talk to anyone. They do a good job, but I often have to ask them to reshape my natural nails. I always get compliments on my nails!"

"I tried this salon out of convenience and saw the reviews were pretty good. However, I had a HORRIBLE experience (enough to write my first review) and will never be going back. I made an appointment for 6:30pm for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My pedicure lasted at most 10 minutes. She (Lili) didn’t massage, she slapped the lotion and scrub on my legs and very roughly wiped it off. She was just overall really rough when handling my feet and it just wasn’t relaxing at all. When I went to pay I asked if they could add $5 tip to the total. They very rudely said “THATS IT?!” And printed out the receipt , and circled the suggested tip amounts at the bottom for me to see. They were so RUDE. My toes and my nails look fine but I’m very disappointed in the customer service from those people. I was in and out of the place in 30 minutes for both a gel mani and pedi…. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I am a regular here and for the last couple times I have been there the quality has gone down with customer service. Everytime, I go and the man managing it is not there---I have to deal with BAD customer service. THis time I had Jennifer she had the nerve to demand TIP on the card when I didn't Venmo her right away right in front of the other customers. SHE WAS SO RUDE! I will most likely NEVER go back there again. I told her to stop pushing me and left. I really shouldn't have tipped her but I did !! DO NOT GO THERE IF THE GUY ISN"T THERE MANAGING!"

"Best dip powder manicure! I’ve tried multiple nails spas and techs in the area and this small place keeps the best hidden treasure for dip powder manicure: Jennifer! She’s amazing at what she does. She’s detailed oriented and checks every single nail for someter and clean results. Tip: Make sure to book in advance with her. I tried walk in a couple of times but she’s always busy with appointments."

"I recently got a regular pedicure here and it was pretty good. There was only one person working and I was the only one there on a Tuesday morning so needless to say, I felt very safe. There are also plastic partitions between you and the manicurist as well as between each pedicure chair. However, they do not have that at the nail drying station, which wasn't a problem for me but could be if it gets too crowded. The pedicure included some kind of heel treatment, which I really appreciated because most nail salons won't do that. Might come back to try their gel manis. Tip - happy hour is Mon - Thurs from 10 AM to 3:30 PM and you can get 15% off their services"
