"Placed an order online and driver marked the order as complete. Called chipotle customer service and they would not send a new order replacement. They refunded the amount and asked me to place a brand new order. No apology for the mistake. No ability to call the restaurant itself. You can only speak to a chat agent or a team in a call center. My order is likely sitting at the chipotle restaurant and there is not way for me to contact the restaurant to have it delivered. Overall really frustrated with this experience at chipotle."

"Went in to grab something quick to eat since I was shopping around only to be met with a rude worker who clearly didnt want to be there. I was asked what I would like & told her a Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla & was told I had to place it online. I asked why & i was ignored. I proceeded to order a bowl & left. I have never been told I had to place something online that can be made to order before. If it was because of the forming line that was behind me then you should have more employees working the line. I work at a restaurant myself I know how the kitchen works."

"I am so disappointed in the Chipotle staff at this particular location. They act as if they don’t want to work. They want to mix all of your food all on top of each other when I clearly asked them not to. The meat is too spicy. I won’t be back. The beans were raw and hard, even the rice wasn’t cooked all the way."

"This location the food is good, fresh well made. The portions are perfect here. The staff is friendly & the service is fast. There’s a restroom for customers only. The restroom is clean. Been coming here to eat since it first opened. Happy Eating!"
