"I came here with high hopes of an excellent dinner, and to continue my evening. I had a little misunderstanding at check out, involving my credit as well as balance due. Yesenia Z. Was extremely rude! She was not the original person to check me out, but she did prepare my bowl. I was trying to tell her that I did scan my QR code in which should allow me to earn points as well as pay. She continue to say well it’s either you or you leave the food. By that point, I had already paid when I turned to walk away but that response put such a bad taste in my mouth that I decided to return my food. Yesenia, Took her sweet time to give my refund! I mean sweet time as in I even had to call the cops to expedite the process. While waiting for the cops, she placed a phone call, but did not update me of the refund process. There was also a cook in the back, he kept walking in circles saying I don’t know why she called the cops. She’s lucky I’m at work and she’s wasting her time calling the cops. I called the cops back and reported that as well. By the time the police arrived, Yesnia had processed my refund. I continued to wait for them, before leaving. When they arrived I updated them that everything had been resolved and my refund was issued. I am deeply sadened by this interaction…. This is also rather concerning! Please follow up with the proper disciplinary action. No one should be representing a company with this attitude."

"We were there on vacation from LA. We don't have Dos Toros there. Wish we did cause that's the best tasting Mexican fast food there is! And they have healthy options too. Delicious!"

"Very sad burrito for the price point. Very small small for the price point as you can see it is no bigger than my friends arm. There were things missing from the burrito such as pico and guac. Each bite I took I regretted. As a vegan I would say it’s better for your wallet and your stomach to go to chipotle."
