"I just called to ask if they carry a fragrance I’m looking for and the response was a snarky, “this is the boutique”. Funny bc Dior on 5th Ave carries some fragrances! Unbelievable"
"Unprofessional. They don’t give any kind of updates about the item that my wife ordered in the store. It needs the customer to call them to get the update? When I called, they said yes it was shipped and when I asked for the tracking number, they decided to create the shipping label in that moment to give me the tracking number. And they were keep lying about the shipping even the label was showing it was created the during the phone call. This is my second time with similar experience in this store. I will never visit this store again."
