"Visited today for a return and the associate snatched the pants from my arm to start then proceeded to say that I had to get part of my money on a store credit because of how the previous return was processed after saying that she needed to check with someone else to be sure however the person she brought over was a lot more polite and pleasant to deal with just not enough to encourage me to want to come back so I don’t think I will ever spend my money at Free People Short Hills this experience was not welcoming"
