"I went to buy dresses .They've huge stuff to buy even more than other Macy's. The attendant was good.. But bathrooms were disgusting... It was like hell.. We bought good stuff.They have a very good range of gowns.. The staff was very short, and the showroom was not clean."

"The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Macy’s store. The guy who we asked for sneakers at Finish Line kept on forgetting that we asked him to look for sneakers, when I went to check he was on his phone with at least 10 customers waiting for him outside. Short Hills mall Macys is the worst!! I went to the Macys at Boca Town Center in Boca Raton, Florida yesterday and the older ladies were fighting to get my business. Hope to never come back to the mall in Short Hills."

"I love their shoe section...they have the best sales! Also, their makeup section is pretty amazing. I love the selection of brands and items are always in stock, unlike some other places. Plus, there are sales folks there when you need them but they aren't bugging you every few minutes...I like that."

"Great customer service, clean, and with of variety to choose from whether its clothing brands, colognes/perfumes, or footwear. They have two floors to roam around, including bathrooms, and parking right in front of their store. They were also running a 15% VIP sale on everything on this particular day."
