"Great customer service at the Anthropologie store in SH Mall. I recently came in to look for an item that was not in the store and was told that they'd place the order for me to arrive by mail, but because I ordered it through the store, there would be no shipping charge. They have many nice things in the store. The style isn't exactly what I'm used to wearing, but every once in a while there will be an item that I'll purchase that will look phenomenal & I'll get a lot of compliments for. However, their home goods are really great - nice variety, good quaity & nice colours."

"One of the smaller Anthropologie stores in the area but they somehow manage to carry a large selection! I wish their Sale room was bigger - it's hard to navigate when there's more than 1 person in there because it's such a narrow space. Other than that, the staff is always accommodating and I love the candle section...especially around the holidays!"

"Solely reviewing based on my experience this weekend with Wendy, who was helping customers in the fitting room. I originally went in with 2 dresses, and asked her a question about sizing (and frustration about lack of things I found that fit me). As I closed the door to my fitting room, Wendy came back in minutes with over 8 dresses that she thought would look great on me, in my size. I wound up loving every single one! She went above and beyond to help me and she was super knowledgeable of all the products in the store. If it weren’t for Wendy, I would have walked out of the store without a single dress. But with her help in identifying dresses that would flatter my shape, I left the store with multiple dresses! Highly recommend Wendy, she is the epitome of what a terrific sales associate is!!"
