"I contacted this store to check on a coat that was sold out online. I was assisted by the sweetest salesperson, Leia, who immediately located the coat, and shipped it out to me. Her friendly, helpful effort did not go unnoticed. She is surely an asset to Aritzia. Thank you Leia!"

"AWKWARD fitting room set up. I walked in to try on clothes and walked out as soon as I realized the fitting room stalls do not have mirrors.. You have to walk out into this big open room, around the sofas in the middle of the room to get to the other side that has mirrors.. No I don't want to walk in the public to have an associate make comments before I can even see if I like it.. lol hard pass.. Also, I walked in on the phone with my friend and sales person continued to ask me multiple questions. Annoying because I kept having to tell me friend to hold so I could tell the associate "no thank you" 5 times. I like their hoodies however I will buy online and avoid going into the store at all costs."

"the store was very nice and so were the people. They left the sensor on my sweat pants and I had to drive all the way 30 minutes back. I wish I got a discount and didn't have to drive back."

"I love Aritzia as a brand, and I love their pieces. However, this location is atrocious. All of their staff needs to be fired. No one person greeted me AT ALL during the entire 30 minutes that I was in there. Unfriendly, prejudice, and the overall vibe was not pleasant. It seemed like if you were not a teenager, and a non minority- you will not be helped. There is no diversity as there was not ONE person of color working there. They had hardly any inventory, and the only sizes that were available was Xs-M. There is only one mirror in the entire dressing room so you can not enjoy trying on clothes. Very poor experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone."
