"I used to work here back to 2009. Today I was just checking this company still exists or not. It was my nightmare working for them. The dispatcher was rude and the management trying to give 10-5( penalties) to all drivers. 200 dollars fine for dress code 200 dollars for dirty car ( even the road has snow) anyway. I learned a lot from them. Just ftiendayly remind. Beware of them and good luck"
"Used UTOG on many occasions and service ranges from moderate to horrible. I frequently travel for work and tried several companies and unfortunately this one is consistently poor. On my latest, driver was inexcusably late and shrugged it off saying it was no big deal, only a few minutes. The drivers need to be quality checked as many times they don't know routes and/or take unusual side streets which in NYC is never a good idea. Additionally, there need to be safety and quality audits. Driver I had today was an absolute lead foot and transitioned between hammering accelator and brake. Needless to say I am deleting the app and going to another company."
"My company for some unknown reason uses these guys. Most times they are late, they NEVER meet in baggage claim and tonight my driver was watching the cricket game on his phone while driving me home. He did it for 15 minutes before I brought it to his attention that I could pay half the price to use Uber and have a driver that doesn’t use the force to navigate I95 at 9PM. If you have any other options go with someone else."
"Poor communication on pickup times from airport. They turned up as the flight landed (not allowing for time for us to get through immigration & customs) and went away - had to call them and wait for them to return. Perfect on return trip - arrived on time at hotel & got us to airport in plenty of time."
"Liar, Cheater & make fake promises to lure the Drivers & the passengers alike. This is the worse Employer I had ever worked with. Worked with this Hopeless Company for about 3 months in total on the repeated Fake Promises & Assurances. I had to Quit at the end. I absolutely advise the Drivers not to be fooled by these Staff, especially David & Frank."
