Pad Thai Noodle Lounge

"I ordered a chicken fried rice and upon my arrival to pick up I asked them to put hot sauce in the bag twice and I also made sure to ask after I received my order if there is hot sauce in the bag, the lady lied to me and said she put it . I drove 30 min away to realize there is no hot sauce in my bag. I won’t be enjoy the food I purchased at This establishment the way I wanted to. I will not be returning to get lunch here again. It was a simple request that would have take a few seconds but I was complete lied to as if it didn’t matter. it sucks cause the food isn’t bad but the service is the reason I will not be returning ….also I asked for chicken shrimp dumplings and was told they sell it but I did not receive chicken shrimp dumplings I received dumpling with mushroom, if I had an allergy to mushrooms I would be going to the EMERGENCY ROOM ! Please do better to listen to your customers"

"This place has a calm environment and is nearby Chelsea market. The food is fairly priced and was the pad Thai is highly recommended and is actually one of my top list when it comes to pad Thai. The dumpling is a great option as well."
