"The food was okay but lacked depth and didn't have much flavor. When we were offered to have our food boxed, they didn't give us back everything we had ordered and gave us each the wrong bagged entrees. I feel ripped off and don't plan on returning."
"Small cozy restaurant. Full bar and good selection of cocktails. Chose the Smoky Delhi and the Punch. The Smokey Delhi was really smokey so if you like that it’s a good choice. The rum punch was flavorful but not overly sweet which was good. The food was amazing. Some of the best Indian food we’ve ever had. Highly recommend the aloo samosa chat. If you like samosa (which I do) it was a great way to have them but in a different form. Full of chickpeas with pomegranate to add some sweetness topped with yogurt sauce. I could have eaten more as an entree and left with a smoke on my face. We also had the chilli paneer. It was also outstanding. The peppers in the fish were a tasty compliment. For the main course we had the chicken tikki masala. Also very good. We did not specify a heat level and wasn’t asked but would have liked the tiki masala to have been a bit spicier. We dined in but there weren’t many customers in the restaurant, however, there seemed to be an abundance of take out orders while we were there. Staff was attentive and friendly."
"Butter chicken was really nice with generous pieces of chicken. The biriyani was good, glad it came out as dhum, I found the lamb a little bit gammy but that’s what happens sometimes. My suggestion would be to improve the biryani buy adding vegetables to the dish and fresh cilantro. Great service"
"We had an event in this restaurant. Food was good but the service was really great. Our server’s name was Limon, he took care of us with so much precision! 15 different drinks 18 types of different dishes- not a single mistake with not s single delay . He was smiling all the way and asking again and again if we needed anything else- really lovely service with great company and good food."
"My husband and I had dinner at Pippali last week and were enjoyed it so much! We had reservations for 7:30pm. We arrived early and did wait a little before being seated. Once we sat down, our waiter came over right away and took our drink order and appetizer order. We had the pani puri & the butter chicken bao buns to start. The butter chicken bao buns were so delicious! For main course we ordered the butter chicken with garlic naan & the lamb chops. We easily fell in love after eating our main courses. I definitely recommend visiting if you are in the mood for indian food!"
