"Here's what happened. I enter the place and order a combo. There were only 4-5 in the restaurant. Not very busy. I placed an order. At the checkout there was this rude uncle. I just asked if it was my order to which he said "were you in line? If yes then this is your order. Never visiting the place as if he was doing a favor. Food was below average too."
"I normally eat quite clean and dislike saucy food but I have never had Indian food this bland and curry this watery. My husband ordered the curry chicken and goat (the latter was the better one). I did the tandoori chicken with chickpeas. While we were eating, there were two annoying flying bugs. I will not return - this is how I decide if I like the place or not. Given the price, maybe I shouldn’t have expected too much."
"Love the food! Fast & Delicious! I was tired of the salad buffets so I decided to try a new place today. I got the tandoori Chicken w/ chickpeas. I didn’t believe that it comes with rice & NAAN! The naan is made fresh. Also, they face customers a banana too! Plus tax my lunch was $9.80. Great lunch deal for the area! Also hot & delicious."
"Really good lunch combo value for $12. Tried their combo #4 for lunch after reading reviews. (Note that their combo #4 says goat or fish, but a chicken is also an option. This place also treats tofu as a vegetable, which is nice.) Ended up getting: -Chicken Tikka Masala -Chili Tofu -Vegetable Korma -Naan -Small apple Good flavors overall, especially on the chili tofu. The flavors/spice on everything else were maybe a little muted. The bread was a little over done, but can't complain. They didn't overstuff the container with rice like other places. They were nice and even put sauce on their own on top of the rice. The meal also came with a really small apple. I think they'd be fine to lose the fruit if they had to do any cost-cutting. For the amount of food, I'd come back for sure. Hopefully the menu rotates a little bit. Everything else in the area outside of halal carts is $15+ for lunch."
"Good Indian restaurant with quality food. I tried their combo with 1 veg and 1 non veg with naan and rice. It's was for 8.50 with tax $9.25. I think it was an absolute steal deal as price for this type of place and food is generally higher. All the gravies are pre cooked but fresh. Naan is cooked at the time of order and very tasty. I tried chana masala and butter chicken, both were delicious but not too spicy. It's because they need to cater American people also. You can always ask for extra chillies. Staff is kind and generous, they made me try 2-3 gravies. They also give kheer (rice pudding) complimentary."
