"Went to INDOCHINO Short Hills Mall, NJ to get measured for a few suits I had purchased online. The best thing about the experience was INDOCHINO employee Colins who took my measurements. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and proficient when taking measurements. The store was clean; however; there was no employee to meet you when you walk into the store, you basically have to walk to the very back of the store behind the curtains to speak with someone."
"No good, stay away, very far away!!!!!!! Sample suit color and suit that was delivered where completely different, much lighter. I can't even wear the suit in this weird color. Tried to find a solution with store manager and district manager without and solutions offered by managers. The suits are made in and delivered from China, so there was a mistake made somewhere between here and there. Too bad they don't stand behind their product or believe in customer satisfaction for repeat business or long term relationships. Will have to dispute charge on my credit card. Do not recommend and much better off going elsewhere. They won't be in business long at all with their business decisions."

"I regret to say that my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. I ordered custom shirts for my wedding, as well as suits for my brother and father, all of which arrived with multiple fit issues. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the problems persisted, leaving me with an unwearable product. What's more concerning is the recurring nature of these problems. My father's order faced similar issues, with a poorly made (and remade) suit and ongoing delays. Furthermore, our attempts to seek assistance and resolution have not been met with timely or effective responses. We've received automated messages and assurances of responses within 1-2 days, which have not materialized. The cumulative impact of these issues on our wedding preparations is disheartening, and the lack of responsiveness from the company adds to our disappointment. We have, unfortunately, lost confidence in their ability to deliver on their promises and provide satisfactory customer service. This has resulted in a loss of time and money, during a crucial wedding planning period, with the net result has been for us to make purchases from other stores. I strongly advise caution when considering this company for any clothing. Our experience has been far from satisfactory, and we believe other customers deserve better."

I hope I just caught them at a busy time and it doesn’t fully reflect the normal day to day. Special thanks to my Style Guide. He’s been especially helpful. —————————— Not a great experience. The suit itself is great, the fitting seemed good and the rep is nice but it seems the overall goal is to sell you a suit. They never answer their phone (you can call 10x, no answer), mailbox is always full and they don’t seem to care about you outside of selling you the suit. I needed tailoring because I lost weight. Couldn’t set up an appointment online because everything is booked. My wedding is close so I decided to drive there instead. Store is completely empty. How are you too busy to answer the phone? Very odd customer service. Now they have my suit for alterations but no confirmation on whether or not to pick it up or more importantly when. My wedding is a month away. I still need to dry clean and make sure it fits. It’s giving me so much anxiety being in the dark on the status, especially during a time that should be a celebration. I definitely don’t recommend this place based off my experience."
