"I went yesterday & on a hot summer day you expect to find some ease indoors while shopping. Nope. This store has no a/c running through the store. They have power generated air conditioner blowers that make no difference! You find yourself sweating in the changing rooms, you make small talk with another shopper while standing in front of the small air conditioner machines because you are both bloody red hot! I was looking for a top & lasted about ten minutes in this place. This place has been without a/c for months now. No shopper can shop at peace with sweat going down your neck."
"Store associates should let customers know when items are non-exchangeable / returnable. I am now stuck with an expensive article of clothing that does not fit me. Very disappointed with how the workers are failing to share important information like this. Train your employees better."
