"Use to be a fan of this store but the return policy is awful. $7 shipping charge if you want to return by mail, if you go into the store and don't have the packing slip they turn you away. Their technology is outdated and they cannot look your order up by order # to exchange or return. Will be shopping in stores with less hassle from now on."
"I was shopping at this location with my toddler while being 9 months pregnant, so I had a lot on my hands and spilled a coffee on the floor. The manager gave me a mean look totally expecting I would clean this up, although it’s totally part of their job. After some time one of the ladies finally brought paper towels and manager looked at me and said “a spill, huh?”. I apologized and he gave me that mean look again. I put everything I wanted to buy back on shelves - not giving any business to this location. Will also file complaint with BBB."
"the lady with blondish grayish hair does NOT have patience, with me simply trying to translate what the lady is saying to my mother, she kept catching an attitude with us, and wouldn’t give us the light of day, didn’t even say have a good day but to the customer behind us she was really nice to"
"the customer service here is terrible .. there is no reason to be rude to a customer for simply asking a price.. when the price is plastered all over the table that the item was picked up from. not only were the employees rude but they didn’t even try to be kind at all."
