"Windsor used to be good and good quality stuff. Now that store in freehold, has become trash. Their clothes are not age appropriate for older women, and seems like all their clothes are clubish, and not good quality for any occasion. Too short, revealing in all the wrong places. Sorry never will I shop there."
"Spoke to an employee yesterday because I wanted to use the Black Friday discount, but couldn’t make it in store in person so I would’ve paid shipping, which nulled the discount. Asked if I could use a 15% off in store for the top I put on hold and she said yes. I came in store and they told me unfortunately I could not, because it was also online only. That’s totally fine, I completely understood that. I look at the top in person and they say it’s the last one, and has all the strings tugged and hanging on it. We ask for a damage discount and they refuse as well. Employee didn’t even say good day to us. Just very rude attitude and poor customer service. If you can’t accommodate for your product that happens, been there as a customer service employee, but that’s when you should use some basic etiquette."
"I walked in and was immediately welcomed by the manager. She helped me pick out prom dresses to try on and even gave me great compliments. Go to this store if you want great customer service and a great manager. She was not rude at all and very helpful!!"
