"The clothes are cute for my daughters, but the managers truly only want power. My one son worked there briefly and was tormented relentlessly by a specific manager. Management needs some work.. they care more about establishing power than actually caring about the well being of the store. Unfortunate."
"Never again will I go here. I gave them the receipt to my order I made online and the item didn’t fit so they couldn’t figure out how to look it up and said I can’t return or exchange this I have no proof. All the tags where on never worn still folded the way it came. This girl looked clueless and wouldn’t even exchange the item that didn’t fit me with one that did. The hiring process here clearly needs help."

"Hollister, over the last two years became one of my favorite pairs of jeans..I have 3 of them. The first one I got a gift from my wife.. But the next two, i bought. Both times, i go to the store and my size isn't there. I wear a 38W and I walk into the store..No 38W for men, at least in the fit i want. Trust me, when a 40 plus guy is looking for denims, he isn't looking for skinny or super skinny. My online purchase experience is good but even for a pickup from store, they sometimes take 3 weeks to get the delivery. I guess I will stick to my pairs of good ol Levi's."
"Still love the clothes... even though they're beginning back 1994 . I'm so happy they stopped spraying all the cologne in the store and lowered the volume of their music. The prices are basically steady. I still love this place"
