"Terrible customer service in this store. I would rather travel a bit more and have quality staff help me. I spend a lot of money at this store and they can never seem to bother and are downright rude. Old Bridge and Quaker Bridge are much more professional"

"I love the clothes & primarily shop online from home for this very reason- the staff. Some of them are the most rude, full of attitude, snooty & annoying staff I have come across in a long time. Young people working in other stores are more mannered than these old women working at the Freehold WHBM. Occasionally I have to make a return & I dread going to the store. They have an attitude when I say I have a return. Then they’re pushing me to shop even after I tell them no thank you. A few times a certain manager wants to sign me up so that the store can get credit each time I shop online. Again no thank you. I’m not interested. Ughh it’s just so frustrating. Each time I place an order on line - I pray that the items fit."

"If there was a ZERO star I would choose it. To whom it may concern, I just came back from s horrible experience in one of your stores, the White House Black Market at the Raceway Mall in Freehold, NJ. I had a return and also would like to purchase a skirt that I saw online. Upon arriving, I said that I had a return and I also would like to buy a skirt that I saw online. I could see in the lady’s face that the word return did not please her. So, I went on to check my phone to get the receipt, which I did and found it. In that receipt said I paid 66 dollars and some cents for the shirt that I was returning, originally 99 dollars. She first wanted that I would go back to the store in Old Bridge, NJ where I purchased originally. I said that I never heard such a thing and that I could return in any store. She did not like that. Her coworker and herself said that they were both managers. The computer showed that I paid 49 something and I said that I did not , and the receipt was the proof. She went on asking if I had purchased the shirt and returned twice, which I said I did not. I was Christmas shopping and had to wait FOREVER in that store. She was convinced that she would not give me the 66 dollars and that I had to go to Old Bridge to return, so I dai I would not leave the store without returning my item. So after a long time she said the computer showed that I paid 77 dollars for the shirt. I said I will take more money, not less! Her coworker said to give me the money back in my card and she would call the Old Bridge store. In summary, she was doubting me and inferring that maybe I returned twice the item, which did not happened! She was rude, not once said I am sorry for what is happening. She was not apologetic at all, infect I think she was prejudice because I have an accent as English is my second language, and because I was dressed with my work out clothes, different of all the other clients that was dressed nicely. This is just a reminder that people like that is representing your company and it should be taught costumer interaction and avoid prejudice. Thank you for reading this. Liliane.
