Aerie Store

"I just came to this store Nov 21 at 2pm to pick up an online order for my mom from Aerie Offline. I was confused as I have never ordered to pick up especially for someone else as well as there being 2 different stores. I was met with a DISGUSTING attitude from a woman (i assume manager) short w/dark hair and low pony tail. I am completely taken back by her appalling attitude as I was just confused and clearly needed to be directed to the other Aerie location. Should this order have not been for my mom, I truly would have returned it to avoid supporting a store that hires such disrespectful and rude people. I am completely taken back. I have spent hundreds at this store in the past, going forward I am no longer a customer. Truly disgusted that this store hires such nasty people! Shame on you."

"Decent selection but the employees made it a subpar experience. Employees looked miserable to be there. They were all wearing their masks incorrectly as well. As they were getting a fitting room for my friend they didn’t knock and opened the door on someone who was in the middle of changing. Nothing happened to me personally but the American Eagle store in the mall is a much better atmosphere. Cashier was nice though."

"I walked into the store at 7 PM on a Tuesday evening and after browsing for a few minutes I want to try on two sweatshirts and a pair of shorts. I walked towards the dressing room and noticed that the curtains were closed, and as I was walking towards the sales associate yelled from across the room “dressing rooms are closed”. I turned around and asked the girl nicely why they were closed. I always try on at this location so I was wondering if there was a reason why. She rudely replied “because we are closing soon”. At this point it was 7:10 PM and the store was closing at 8 PM. Besides myself there were maybe one or two other customers in the store and there was at least one or two other sales associate at the register. I replied again nicely and said “ I only have a few things to try on and I will be quick and I will put them back“. She Rudely replied “I cannot let you in the dressing room”. Mind you, this entire conversation she didn’t even look up at me and didn’t apologize once. I never leave bad reviews and I’m very easy-going, but I found this to be extremely poor customer service. Normally any area that I shop in employees extremely pleasant and accommodating. I would suggest that you take this up with this employee."

"On Black Friday 11/26 I went shopping at this store. The customer service by the employees were amazing especially the cashier in the morning! She handled every customer with respect and remained calm even if some customers weren't respectful and she was incredibly kind. I shop here often and am never disappointed. Way to go Aerie!!!"

"Great store because the ladies are so helpful! I really do wish they would carry a size 2xl in their bralettes. The XL are made with a little less give now so XXL are definitely more needed than before. Clothes sell out fast (especially XL in pants) so if you see them, grab them. They will be gone when you come back unless you're lucky to find some as a return in clearance. Prices are tipping to the high side now, but they do have sales."
