"We had problems with all the appliances we ordered but the store made good on all. Double oven door cracked, microwave was wrong size. the end they made good on all. process was a lengthy. Next time we buy from big department store. I decided to edit my review to 4 stars because the store owner called my house and spoke to my wife twice to be sure all was ok. My feedback was not meant to hurt you it was meant to give you the feedback to improve your business. If you stay competitive, offer the merchandise that's in demand and combine it with phenomenal customer service you will be #1 in my books"
