"So i’ven to this branch before they didn’t have everything i needed but people working there were nice . Today i went again and i needed help with double stuffing balloons and choosing the right shades and colors , First i asked the girl working for help if she had a pencil or a stick around which they should have .. she said no . So i did it my self choose like 5 of them and asked her to inflate them for me and tie them up , she refused to tie it saying that i have to pay for them first and then she can tie them up , i said OK! she charged me $22 dollars for 10 (60 sent balloons ) i did not notice at the beginning i was in a hurry i then asked her to inflate them or if she’s busy i can do it my self that is more than fine , she said no !! I asked her honestly why giving me so hard time ?! she didn’t even answer and called her manager , a very nice young lady who helped me with everything . I then went to pay for the other balloons that i took . I asked the manager is that bill correct?! She told me no with a confusion on her face and said this is too much for what you took and told me she made a refund that i still didn’t get . and i did asked the girl why did you charge me that amount she said because you inflated helium which i did not . So Beside the manager who helped that was the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had . I mean people working there should be able to help people like me pick and choose specific shades and colors for my job. You should either higher people who want to do this job or tell them what they need to do ."

"Horrible customer service , my order was ready when I picked it up but workers said it was not and that could be ready in 5 minutes. Was no problem, I waited 1/2 hour no one communicated with me at all, was ignored. I asked about my order , no one knew anything . I noticed that there was an order all by itself, people had come and gone pick their orders up and this one remained. After asking again about my order the person who said that she would get my order together in 5 minutes pulled the lone order down and gave to me. This is unacceptable , she knew that was my order and saw me standing there and even asking other employees about my order and said nothing. I waited patiently didn’t complain for 45 minutes and no one took the time to communicate with each other to get my order to me. I was ignored and several other people were helped and on their way. And one of the balloons deflated by the time I got home and two others were thrown in the bag without ribbons attached. Very poor customer service, I was very disappointed. Will never purchase anything from Party City again and will not recommend to anyone else to purchase there. Horrible staff"

"I went twice to this store and they didn't have what I needed. For example I wanted blue stars and they where out of stock. I had to get creative and use blue Christmas balls and silver stars instead for my Dallas cowboys center piece. I also need wanted fall cupcake picks and they didn't have them."
