"I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent Best Buy order. I purchased a game system online, only to find it was at a store 118 miles away. This led to over $20 in tolls and $35 in gas expenses. Upon reaching the store, the manager claimed corporate canceled my order without prior notice. Attempting to resolve this, I contacted corporate customer service, only to face more frustration—being put on hold and eventually hung up on. The representative suggested reordering when the item is back in stock, an unacceptable response. The lack of communication between the store and corporate, along with misinformation, highlights a flaw in Best Buy's internal processes. I also suspect an employee may have canceled my order to obtain the item personally, raising serious integrity concerns. This experience has eroded my trust in Best Buy's ethical standards. I strongly urge them to address these issues promptly. Until then, I'm hesitant to recommend Best Buy due to mishandling my order and inadequate support in resolving the matter."

"My boyfriend and I went to Best Buy on Black Friday. One of the staff provided us with great information on a laptop. The laptop was at a great price and I asked the staff would the price still be the same come cyber Monday, he assured us it would be. So for that reason, I did not get the laptop on Black Friday because someone else was getting it for me as an early Christmas present. The staff member told me to take a picture of the price tag, and the SKU number, which I did, to make sure I get the correct one on cyber Monday. Come cyber Monday, I go onto Best Buy's website and look for the computer and it was back to regular price. I thought maybe I wasn't looking at the correct one, so I decided to drive to Best Buy and look. Sure enough the laptop was back to regular price. I talked to two staff members and all they said was oh I'm sorry, but that's not correct. No true help at all. If I would have known the price wouldn't have been the same, I would have just gottent the laptop myself. I could have asked for the manager, but by that time I was so upset and didn't want to make a scene. I ended up not purchasing anything from Best Buy because I just felt like the staff that day didn't even try to help me. Had they tried to work with me and say let me see if my manager can do anything for you, maybe we could have worked something out and I would have left a happy customer, but it was the complete opposite."

"Sitting outside for 20+ mins for curbside pickup since they processed my order and said it was ready. Zero responses from the app, web & text links. Now on hold to speak with a human. If you aren’t going to be there to support curbside pickup, take down the signs. Automated chats claim human status and resolved nothing as well. Still waiting…."
