"I wish I could give 0 stars, came here to buy a gift for my significant other arrived 10 mins prior to closing due to traffic, I get to the door your security wouldn’t let me in because it’s after 6 and they don’t let people in, meanwhile employees standing around doing nothing. I knew exactly what I wanted, paying with cash, and was told to go away. Better off spending my money elsewhere, everyone else should as well, $1000+ sale gone. Disgusting"

After calling several stores Marian was able to do a phone order for me and get it shipped from this store to me in NC just in time for the Holiday. She was professional and friendly. "I got a very cute crossover bag here but turned out the bag is somehow defect. The metal hook is loose a bit so it keeps coming off somehow. Therefore I brought the bag back to the store, and told them what is happening. Turns out first word I heard from the saleslady is, “it is metal and it should be very steady.” That sounds like I’m the unreasonable person who just trying to make some troubles. To be honest, this is an unpleasant experience for such a high end store. And the manager even corrected me “all our bags are hand made so it’s not defect.” Well, I highly doubt the metal part is still handcrafted. (Correct me if I am wrong) Anyway, I love the design, but with such an experience I finally decided to return the bag. Don’t come here to get Prada. Go somewhere else!!!!"
