"The short hills Victoria secret store is by far my favorite and only location I prefer to shop. All of the associates, are helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of all of the products and are always making sure your happy with your choice and decisions, most especially Lori one of the associates that goes above and beyond to make sure your bra fit is perfect and always directs me towards my best choices to get exactly what I’m looking for. Always a clean organized store, wonderful staff, highly recommend."

"The short, white looking, lady with blonde hair who says she is the manager,, yet won't give you her name, is Stephanie. She is rude. She has no customer service skills and a nasty attitude.. In fact, 9 out of 10 people working here have no customer service skills. The employees here are a bad representation of the brand. The level of disrespect i experienced and witnessed at this store location is disturbing. And it came from the employees."

"Was helped by Stephanie yesterday at the Short Hills VS store. I can't remember the last time I received such great fitting help. Most of the time you are on your own. She suggested a couple of alternatives and we kept at it until we had the right size and fit. I really appreciated it."

"Ok at this place, rudeness, is no “secret”! It’s on full display. Ran in today to get the security sensor removed from a bra (second time in two months they mistakenly forgot to remove). Young girl at small mid-store register was sweet but on her phone, not so discreetly texting (not a good look). Asked to talk to the manager and the young girl pointed me in her direction. I approached the manager and explained that this is the second time in two months this has happened. Maybe give her a heads up. No apology, just a huff and frustrated “people make mistakes” reply They do, I do, I get it, but hold up, this is the manager? That’s how she wants to handle this? I asked her name, she refused to answer. She wasn’t standing still, she was moving from VS to Pink so I followed asking her name. She continued to refuse. She claimed I was harassing her and threatened to call security. I attempted to record but was focused on getting her to answer. There was ZERO harassing. She escalated a conversation, a question, to a full blown argument, forcing me to follow her NOT harass her. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow. Clearly from these reviews changes are needed."
