"Rude drive through worker. I was missing half my order (she knew she didn’t fulfill it right), as she returned to the window she yells towards me ‘oh God what now?’ It’s not worth going for the poor customer service"

"A prime example of "No Child Left Behind". Ratchet staff who cannot read, let alone make your order correctly. Too busy on their phones and talking to each other about pointless conversations. They ALL come to work to get paid doing absolutely NOTHING!! They don't even keep the drink area clean. Just imagine what their homes look like on the inside. To become a Manager here all you have to do is open the door."

"This place is awful. DO NOT GO HERE! After a small wait behind another car we attempted to order. Thus took about ten minutes due to poor customer service.After the person said something we after a brief thought told the drive through our order. No response. I am about to leave when the lady says sorry about that wait but then still makes us wait for another minute. We pulled up, there were three cars ahead of us. That was another ten minute wait. When we finally got up to the window we paid and the passenger with me attempted to complain about the 20 some minutes it took to just get to the window. The lady at the window didn't say sorry or anything but acted like she didn't care. Then we sat waiting another 7 minutes. I watched as multiple orders for people inside were being bagged. I said screw it and lets go to McDonald's, across the street, instead. We left after spending close to 30 minutes to not get our food. Going to ask for a refund from a manager or corporate the next day. Went to the very busy McDonald's and got our order in about 6 minutes."

"The person who took my order via drive through was rude when I notified her that I was allergic to beef so they could be safe when preparing my order. She was loudly talking to others around her (with the mic on) “why in the world” I would order if I was allergic, although I got an impossible burger. She also asked me how she was supposed to cook it for me- I let her know my food just can’t touch beef. I’ve never had this response in all my time eating out with alpha gal allergy restrictions. Employees should be properly trained on allergy protocols and food safety as well as how to not shame customers for health issues- I will not be returning."

"Had new spicey 10pcs nuggets came in hot pretty good not worth to give 5 star BUT worth for the $$s you spend typicall BK service got the play area too looks newly renovated after hit by tonardo, large seating area clean, i am ok"
