"Employees don't know how to make a double cheese burger. Got one with 1 burger and 2 slices of cheese. Ice cold cheese and burger. There food is no good anymore. I will not go back."
"The manager, Amy, is very rude. She told me that I had only an hour to sit there even after ordering something and not even being finished with my meal. She then stood over me to make sure I left. The other people that work there are cool as hell but it just takes one person to ruin the whole atmosphere. Also, they are very understaffed and not the fastest so like another review said, if you have an hour to kill, go for it."
"I have tried several times to order from this location. A couple times I sat in the drive through for up to 10 mins with no response or any one acknowledging there was a car in the driver thru. I also tried to order inside and was not acknowledged there as well as I witnessed the employees were too busy just talking amongst themselves."
"This location said they don't honor receipt surveys; bogo sandwich. So, we paid for it. The manager was rude when I asked her why? Never answered the question. Manager "T" closed and locked the window. Still not sure why but she refused to give me a receipt and wouldn't give us any sauce for the nuggets we purchased. After sitting there for a few minutes, I walked back to the pay window and said we just need sauce and our receipt. The female said, my manager wants you to leave. As we drove off, the were laughing?? I'm so confused. I tried to call this number and the voicemail has been full."
