"Pros: Maintenance staff is always diligent and friendly. They consistently try to make improvements to the complex. Cons: So. Much. Dog. Poop.. Lack of parking. Predatory towing that will tow residents vehicles without warning."

"Christina B. and her Team are/were very professional in all aspects. She and her Team responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns that we had during and after the application process. Right before we could have completed the signing and acceptance of the full terms of the lease provided to us, it was discovered that due to an existing conflict on our end we were unable to move forward on completing the signing and execution. Despite this setback, the Team still worked with us on answering any remaining questions or concerns we had and maintained good communication with us. We will no doubt be trying this place again in about a year as the Legends at the Beach has met and fulfilled or exceeded all expectations and requirements that we were looking for in our apartment search. Thank you to Christina B. and her Team once more."

"I’ve been living here for half a year and I must say it is an excellent apartment to live in. Especially for the price that it’s at. I haven’t had any issues. I just had some things that needed to be fixed and they did it within a day! It was easy to submit a trouble ticket online and they’re very professional!"

"Honestly, I always hear horror stories about leasing offices and maintenance workers. However, ever since I moved to legends, I have ZERO complains for them. They are exceptionally friendly, do an amazing job and always come to check out the problem within a couple days at the longest. (They have even come an hour after a request was put in before.) I couldn’t ask for better people to call."
