"This morning at 1:30 I had a flood of water coming through the fan vent in my bathroom. I called maintenance and Henri was here in minutes. He is fabulous! So nice and knows what to do. My big thanks to Henri."

"Prospective Customers, I have called this complex over 5 times and emailed 5 times to inquire about my security deposit return. We moved out 9Nov2023 and it is late January 2024 and they seem to be neglecting our outreach. Very similar to the management of property, neglected. Mistakes or missing info on bills were often discovered. It was only one manger out of the whole staff who actually ever helped, she was great! Pet feces in the elevator often. Did not clean the carpets in common area as claimed during move-in tour. Never renovated the year we were there again as claimed during move-in tour. Although they did have signs claiming they were renovating we never saw it come to flourishing. Cleaned the carpets only once within our year lease. Pet feces, candy, and food remained in the carpet. It smelled really bad. You have been warned. Cosmo, can we please get out deposit back as confirmed three months ago. Thank you"

"I'm leaving this review purely based upon the TREMENDOUS customer service and patience Wade that works in the office has! My girlfriend and I were in the crunch time of a roughly less than 24 hour rushed apartment search, we had came across the Cosmopolitan and from the first call, when Wade picked up, he was nothing but courteous, diligent, and professional. He had reassured us and put many of our worries at ease. Any questions we had if he didn't have the answer (which was rare) he would adamantly work on finding it for us. So far the experience has been great and I'm greatly looking forward to spending this next year at the Cosmopolitan! THANK YOU WADE!"

"My mom and I recently moved to Cosmopolitan apartment and could not be happier. Wade gave us a great tour of both premier and cosmo, was very helpful with our questions and application process. We had a few small issues with our unit, but maintenance team was on top of it and resolved quickly. Everyone we meet in elevator are very polite, greet each other, and even try to help us with few heavy items during our moving. I rarely post reviews, but I do highly recommend this apartment. I have viewed many other places, and was glad I chose to live here."

"I have lived at Cosmopolitan almost a year and absolutely Love It! I am a travel clinician who has rented 5 luxury properties in 4 years with Cosmopolitan being the latest and by far the absolute BEST!! I recently encountered an issue that warranted the assistance of the Senior Service Manager Roy. I was very very pleased with Roy's approach to the situation. Not only did he go out of his way to address my issues but he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied demonstrating good tenant service. To insure I was comfortable with the plan to remedy my apartment situation, Roy met with me face to face at a time that I know was outside of his work schedule. This was greatly appreciated. It is nice to live at a place where you can feel confident that they have your best interest at heart and where they make the needs of the residents top priority. Like I said earlier, I Love it here and if you are looking for a place to reside, Cosmopolitan is it! I give it a strong 10/10 Tanya O"
