"I stayed at the Loraine for a year and this was the best place to live in Norfolk! Night life is crazy and i never had any problems with property managements because they’re always respond to any concerns and questions. I wish I could stayed but if ever move back to norfolk I’ll definitely stay there again!!! Thank you for the best experience!!!"

"Just submitted and got approved for an apartment at The Loraine with the help of Klarissa, who was working at the office when I arrived for my appointment. She was so genuine in her attempt to help me find apartment that I liked, and took the time to talk over the details of each floor plan and even how I could arrange my furniture. All of my stress that had built up over an entire day of apartment shopping melted away and I was so relieved and assured I was in good hands. She even mentioned details such as a new gym opening up across the street, as well as a new IKEA about 20 minutes away. Thank you so much Klarissa! You could tell that they care about their residents at this building and treat them with respect and attention to detail. I am looking forward to finalizing my final apartment, moving in and getting to know everyone else!"
