"I don't know about the doctors as I have never been seen there, but the office is definitely lacking a professional presence. I don't appreciate being treated like I don't matter or that my time doesn't matter just as much as theirs. Their voicemail said they were taking new patients and not to leave more then 1 message in 48 or 72 hours or something of that nature. I left a voicemail and heard nothing back so I called back after 3 business days and left another voicemail, still nothing back. I waited another 3 business days and called. This time their voicemail said they were not accepting new patients so there was no point in leaving yet another voicemail. Maybe I'm just a grouch, but they could have returned my message and let me know so I didn't waste my time trying to get an appointment there."
