"Lake Maury Natural Area is a great park. Miles and miles of mountain bike trails. If riding mountain bikes doesn't tickle your fancy, towards the hospital side of the trail you will find bench seating for taking it all in. If you end up walking the trails be sure to bring water because it's a looping trail. Have fun and bring bug spray in the summer months and maybe a trekking pole, too. No public restrooms."
