"Bought soccer cleats not even a month ago and the cleats blew out. When coming into the store a employee helped us right way but said he had to ask someone else. He then took the cleats over to 2 other women and they looked at us like we were crazy for even asking for a return or replacement. They both had Attitudes. A manager then came to look and said nope sorry we can't help you. Coming from a big known store I was very surprised by the lack of help and positive support. They will not get.my business nor recommendations again."
