"The cob itself is fine. However the food court is ridiculous. Whether there is 2 or 7 people working you would think they were cooking everything when you ordered it. I stood in line with 3 people in front of me for 20 minutes! And it’s like that every time I go. Do better Sam’s Club"

"I went into Sam’s tonight around 6:30pm to get gas and then I went inside to grab a rotisserie chicken and some bagged salad. My rotisserie chicken was raw and I couldn’t even eat it. The outside of the chicken looked like it was completely cooked but once I cut into it, I could see all the pink. I couldn’t call the store and report it bc I got home after the store closed. That is unacceptable and the employee who make the chicken should verify that it is cooked all the way through before they tag and serve it. I will be calling the store in the morning to report it and I wish I saved all the chicken but I was so angry I threw it in the trash. Check your chicken BEFORE you buy a raw one like me."

"No sanitation on front line, or self checkout. No wipes for carts or hand sanitizer, not even in the deli area. Pizza/Deli was idiotically slow, line didn't move for thirty minutes-not exaggerating, I left so not sure how much longer people stood in the same place. Customer service does not typically answer their phone. Manager never called me back as promised. Scan and go is a joke, I can never get it to work when I'm there, so left money on the table that should have been savings. A bad experience all around. Join Costco instead, Sam's obviously thinks they have us wrapped up and that there's nowhere else for us to go. I guarantee they'll find out otherwise with their total lack of care for their customers, and total lack of in house customer service. My account was short $19 Sam's cash, and they couldn't explain it. In short, "Sam's Sucks""

"This review is strictly because the "cafe" inside of sams. The sams club shopping experience was great, no issues and thoroughly enjoyed that. We then stood in line for 25 minutes for the cafe. I was 5th in line from the register and it took me 25 minutes to order my food. THIS IS A CONSESSION STAND! It's not like this is a steak house. The 3 ladies were incredibly rude and complaining how they don't have the amount of workers and they were over worked. How ridiculous can you be to think you need more than 3 people to run a consession stand. I then complemented them on how good the new birthday cake ice cream Sunday was, the ladies began stating how they hate making them and they were so glad they won't be around anymore on May 1st. What a joke, you have the easiest jobs literally in the WORLD. And you have found a way to complain. I will be switching my membership to COSCO because of this experience with these ladies. If management cares to find out who the ladies are, they can see the pictures I took attached to the review. There is a long line of 25 people waiting because they hate their job so much. My visit was on 4/8/23 at 1100 am."
