Columbus the manager at the Dollar Tree in Janaf Norfolk, VA, if you or your boss read this just let them know that you may need to go through some more customer service training. I understand that you do your job by following the rules, which is not the issue, giving your customers a hard time to exchange a $1.25 is insane! Even after I showed you my two receipts to make the even exchange…you still made the transaction unbearable!!! So now I will be bringing you all your items back tomorrow. I love shopping at Dollar Tree but you are giving them a bad name. I wish I could have given you zero stars!"
