"Short hair, straight hair (Rihanna type haircut) African American female took extreme offense because I didn’t verbally respond back to her “Welcome to Citi Trends” greeting. Instead of moving on, she started verbally saying “Welcome to Citi Trends” louder over and over, as it was a simple mistake on my end. She then went loudly to the other workers insulting my girlfriend as in their words, “she didn’t say hey back”. Yucky store, won’t return. Didn’t purchase anything and plan on telling all my friends personally and all my online social media followers my experience."
"It's a great store. The wait on you hand and foot. They stop whatever their doing to help you. It's always 5 of us they have patience."
"I only like shopping here for the cute clothes and bags and shoes they sell. The manager or whomever she is is so rude, always talking about customers. There is no way I should be able to hear personal information of what’s going on in this store. The level of professionalism isn’t met to the greatest standards at all."
