"First time in there I was impressed. Only thing I didnt like was the fact the clothes sit so high on the wall and its hard to get them down and waiting on an associate takes awhile"
"Ghetto and rude manager...didnt open the doors until 45 MINUTES after it was scheduled...had a nasty attitude about it too. Stared at me standing at the door and kept moving around the store...Cars were waiting outside wondering what was going on and she DID NOT CARE. Being African American myself...its sad to say but its ALWAYS THE BLACK WOMEN that have the nastiest attitudes ...are ghetto and unprofessional and have the eye rolling, neck twitching thing going on.I tried to reach corporate and had a hard time reaching anyone."
"I haven't been to a Citi Trends in yyeaarrss. It is much better organized. I didn't feel overwhelmed shopping. It was a great experience and they had more than I remember them carrying for the household. The employees were pleasant as well."
