"To say I was blown away at the lack of customer service is an understatement. I went in this evening at around 6:00 pm to simply exchange a skirt I got for a different size. I walked right up to the line and waited where the stickers on the floor indicated to stand in line. A couple in front of me were finishing checking out, I waited in line for about 5 minutes which of course I didn’t mind since there was only one female working the cash wrap. As soon as I go to walk up another patron cuts right in front of me and decided to check out. The cashier just looked at me and said NOTHING to the other woman when she had clearly saw me standing there waiting. I will NEVER come back to this particular H&M again. I’ve had horrible experiences each time I’ve shopped here. Last time I was there the cashier left 2 sensors on my clothes. If you want a better selection and good service go to the H&M in Lynnhaven Mall."

"Rudest sales person!! Customers were rolling their eyes because she was so rude. Wanted to return jacket with receipt. Asked me what did I want and told me to put it in sack and go shop!! I didn't want to carry it around so I returned it and purchased $100 worth of clothing. Would like to have applied it to my purchase. Will shop online and maybe she won't have the opportunity to be rude much longer. Her name wasn't on the receipt but the # 2903 might be hers. Trans #9682"

"Store was somewhat clean with the exception of the nasty leak stains above the cash register. Overall selection was slim and with so much sale section there was mostly Full price mixed in with sale items, but since the full orders weren’t all the way marked down they moved all the colors of the product but not all were on sale! So 80%of what we wanted wasn’t onsale. All the employees looked like they didn’t want to talk to any customers and just have side gossip type talks. Very frustrating trying to shop for a whole family saying out loud trying to find things and employees just don’t look up and keep doing whatever it is. Least diverse set of employees ever."
