"The staff is friendly and courteous. The food is fresh and hot. With today's visit though, Mr Philip went out of his way to make the visit pleasant. His charming personality and attitude made for a great visit which left me with a smile on my face! Thank you Mr Philip for making my day!!"
"Wish I couldn’t give them a star at all. Went there at 9:04 am. Door locked. They closed the dining room although the hours of operations ON THE DOOR indicates that the dining room is open until 10pm. Can’t be lack of staffing because I saw at least 8 people in there. At least change the sign! Good grief! Incidentally, went to Wendy’s which is across the street. Better burgers and apparently better service."
"I came in to pick up a door dash. I've been to many locations dashing but I've never been quite as impressed sad I was this morning not only was Tisha efficient and friendly but she was on a ball moving with a purpose which makes my job that much easier. That you Tisha for brightening my day it's the little things you do that people notice the most you are certainly an asset to your team I hope they know that. Keep up the good work!!!"

"Wish I could give one star.I’m not one to complain because I know how customer service/retail is but the customer service is horrible. I’ve given this place TOO many chances and too much of my money. Ordered food today and went to pick it up and was there within 5 minutes. Food was cold like it had been sitting there all day. and fries tasted like plastic and were also cold. Workers always look sloppy and I witnessed a worker come out the bathroom pulling his pants up and buckling up his pants. And then immediately go to the back and start touching on everything and his hands looked like they weren’t even washed. I don’t even think there is an adult in there tbh because every time I go in there it’s a bunch of kids that don’t care. Never see an actual adult. Orders are never correct or food is cold."
