"Less than 8 days ago I purchased some clothes and a pair of drives from this Ross Dress for Less location in Norfolk Virginia around the Tidewater Drive area (for a professional/career related event that I wanted to be dressed appropriately for). The 2 navy blue blouses, navy blue slacks, and shoes that I purchased were at an affordable price, comfortable, and fit me easily. The employee handling our order was also very cordial."

"Found a nice birthday gifts for my neighbor's daughter. She loves unicorns and found a cute backpack with unicorn on it. Was also able to find a few nice hair items to go in the backpack. Found a nice dress. Things are a little disarray or cluttered but I was able to find what I needed."

"There is NOTHING in the is store. Not a thing that is remotely 2023. The security guy was following me around. Guy, there is nothing I’d even consider taking in that raggedy store if I was a thief. They need to close the store. It is like the saddest Ross in the USA. Sad, sad, sad. The conversations from the back were loud AF and there is no public bathroom. Using a bathroom is a basic human need! That whole area of town is sad. Y’all move and find happiness! Norfolk is a sad place unless you live in Ghent and Freemason. However, I’ve edited this post, because I cannot believe I was being followed around the store! It was so obvious. The guy was wearing glasses, and he was in a tan hat. I said, so he could hear me, “you’re following the wrong mofo.” The one item I did purchase should have been in the children’s department because it’s a joke. Thank goodness there was water. The lady at the cash register was extremely nice, and the gentleman standing at the front door greeting people."

"So glad they opened a Ross that is closer to me. They just opened so they’re still stocking items. Associates are friendly. Shout out to Teona for helping me with a past purchase. She was very pleasant along with the cashier, I didn’t get her name but she has blonde dreads, very friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Now I can get my Christmas shopping done here and essentials all year around :)"
