"I've been a resident at M&R for two years and fall in love daily with my unit. However, the package delivery system is ABYSMAL! On more than one occasion I've been unable to locate items delivered to the building and staff could care less. Hundreds of dollars lost in items that have gone missing. If you can find a way to circumvent that issue, you'll LOVE it here."

"5 stars is not enough to show my gratitude towards miller & rhoads and all who work here. Johnnie was here within 24 hours of my maintenance request I was able to submit via their own app! I would like to note the maintenance was done because of how I preferred something to look - not at any fault of their own. The apartment upon move in felt brand new, sparkling clean, and freshly painted. Yay! I have lived in brand new lofts, "luxury" condominiums, and carriage houses and no building or staff has made me feel more at home than I thought possible. The entire building is secured, even the parking garage - the luxury of no one stealing your parking space is almost unheard of! Being downtown I prepared for a reasonable amount of city noise, as well as neighbors. I hear nothing, so quiet that sometimes I will leave the television on so I do not feel so secluded. I will be resigning my lease for the foreseeable future as I am unsure if any other staff or building can get done what Kim, Valerie, Johnnie has. Thanks again guys! I appreciate it more than you know."

"If you want to rent here, try to be very careful, not towaste your first week on the maintainance and the leasing office .They gave me a dirty apartment with problems. I found a lot of hair in the refrigerator and the dryer machine (I have pictures). After I had moved in, they changed the old carpet and fixed the AC. The work that they had to do before the moving date. The team does not care , especially Valerie. I moved last week and I cannot wash my clothes. And What they could do that they will clean the apartment once more when the maid is free! They do not know when."
