"Do not rent here! This is the worst company I’ve ever come across. My apartment was brand new however there was black mold growing behind my walls and water heater which they refused to allow me to stay elsewhere until the problems were fixed ….which they never got fixed. The mold was caused by fault plumbing which it occasionally rained inside my apartment and the water heater also left a pond in my living room. Tarmecia and Melissa are incompetent and negligent of their responsibilities. They should not be in any type of property management as they DO NOT have the best interest of the tenant in mind. Melissas attitude is extremely unprofessional as is Tarmecias. I was given the run around about rectifying the mold issue until my lease was over allowing me to be exposed to harmful mold and chemicals they were using to attempt to kill the mold which also allowed them to no longer be at fault.I could add more about them but that’s irrelevant to the bigger picture. My packages went missing with no resolution from the leasing office. This place is dirty, it’s unsafe and they are not going to take anything serious. Steelhead MGMT needs to get it together before this makes the news."

"Definitely regret moving here, if I could give no stars I would.. It’s not safe living here. nice apartment but it’s not peaceful. Nothing like anywhere I’ve lived. The area you’re in speaks for itself along with the people here. People in the rent office are inconsiderate and rude at times. Residents leave trash everywhere. Seen a body leave this building. Multiple shootings in the building. Don’t get your packages delivered they will steal I’ve watched someone try to take someone package, & a man tried to take my boxes last week. Don’t use go puff or doordash they steal that too! I watched the crazy girl downstairs take someone food. Maintenance doesn’t knock, just stick the key in and unlock your door, I had run & yell don’t come in because I was getting dress. Pest control doesn’t do their job. I was sick and didn’t feel good and something told me to get up he was going through the cabinets searching for what I don’t know once he got caught he didn’t finish the treatment just left. Homeless people sleep under the steps when it gets cold, you police takes an hour seen several domestic abuse in the parking lot. Most of this happens after the office is close. Homeless people will steal your doormat, rent office said nothing until I asked them about it. Smh"

"Nice apts, but some of the residents make it difficult to “love where you live” disgusting, filthy, unsafe and extremely loud neighbors. Trash piling up. I have to take my garbage to a friend’s house smh, and living here is like living in Bellevue."

"The maintenance department really needs to do a better job at keeping the property clean. The end of the parking lot looks like a dump. People have dumped old furniture etc and maintenance has done absolutely nothing about it. Nice apartments but the grounds looking trashy definitely takes away from it and makes it seem not as nice. Whomever the owner or manager is of the complex needs to do a better job with their staff and implementing clean up policies."

"The property staff is awesome! They have great customer service always take care of your concerns. Other then some neighbors music which is not all the time, it was very quiet and peaceful. They keep the building clean. The property manager Tarmecia is the best! Nice place to live."
