New Manchester Flats

"I’ve been living here for the past 4 years almost and , since the new management has arrived on the property. My rent has been having an issue getting applied to my account. They have been taken me to court, ever month, I have never been late with rent in my life, they are, messing up my rental history. Also, they have taken visitor parking away, so if you have any family coming here, they will never have room to park, we don’t have visitor parking passes either, they are basically strong arming everyone to pay a $20 parking fee, which we don’t have a problem with but why can’, our visitors have somewhere to park? if half the people that can afford parking, and your guest are parking on the street there is nowhere left for anyone to park. Also, the gym is ran down, beat down and raggedy, and has been for the past 3 to 4 years and we do not have secure entrances. The doors are always broke and they don’t have an intercom system for us to let our guest in, so if you are handicap, do not move here because you will have to open the door for anyone that comes to see you , I do not recommend anyone moving here. If you want a pro about the property I can say they do have reasonable rent rates for some apartments."

"Do not move here! Management absolutely sucks, maintenance will come two weeks after you submit an emergency. There’s dog poop everywhere, roaches in the hallways, and they’ve been painting one floor for three months. Completely disgusting, save your money. Oh, and I did I mention that the management is also disgusting? All they do is sit around and play house."

"DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!! I lived there for 1 year and it was the worst year of my life. Apartment looked nice until move in. Roaches and fruit flies!!!! Hallways smell awful all the time. They don't have maintenance so nothing is getting fixed. Management nasty especially KATIE!!! Do not waste your time. Also I got HURT on there premises and they EVICTED Me!!!Please DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"Please do not move here ! I moved in here in July & I am still waiting on repairs since I moved in. The only time anything will get done is if I talk to the property manager and even still not everything gets resolved. Maintenance has been coming into my apartment without notice. I can hear everything going on in my neighbors apartment, creatures in the walls , the train and cars passing on the road and don’t get me started on the upkeep of the property. I absolutely hate here and would not recommend at all. If I had not been on a time crunch I would have never made this place an option."

"I cannot get out of here any faster. Was in a pinch and needed a place quick which was a mistake on my part even moving in here in the first place but that does not excuse the absolute disaster of a building this place is. Loud, inconsiderate tenants who let their dogs defecate all over the property, today I walked past a dropping INSIDE THE HALLWAY, sums up this place in a nutshell. Loud tvs and music constantly heard through thin walls. You will either get no response or a very delayed response to anything you bring up to management. The day i moved in they did not program my key fob correctly so i was almost locked out of the building on my move in day luckily the employee did not leave by the time i realized. I was not given the correct mailbox key upon move in and waited almost a month for the correct one. There was a fault with my HVAC system when i moved in and my first power bill was over 600 dollars, to their credit that was fixed within a week after i reported it (only good thing they’ve done). If you get a package delivered good luck catching them at the time they say it will be open. Horrible roads adjoining the property, broken gate to the parking lot, no security, had my vehicle almost broken into resulting in a 500 dollar repair. Just a bad place to be and cannot get out of here sooner. If you are looking for an apartment MOVE IN ANYWHERE BUT HERE."
